The Atlanta City Council Zoning and CDHS Committees have scheduled a public Work Session for Thursday, March 30th from 1-3pm to consider proposed revisions to the Atlanta Short-Term Rental Ordinance. Without modifications, the revisions would be a disaster for the Atlanta STR community.
This Work Session will be an important opportunity to advance our view of reasonable and effective regulation for short-term rentals in the City of Atlanta. Please plan to attend and participate.
To make the most of this public meeting, we need to be organized and prepared. That's why AMSTRA will be hosting a member's Zoom meeting on Monday, March 27th at 4:00 pm. to plan and strategize. We'll discuss our goals, prepare talking points and coordinate our efforts.
